The Udumalpet Recreation Club (URC)

Membership of the Club is open to all persons above the age of 21 years, irrespective of caste, creed, nationality or sex. Any person seeking Membership shall do so by means of a written Application in the prescribed Form addressed to the Secretary and shall be introduced by two Members. Every Application shall be signed by the Applicant and shall contain the following particulars among others.

1. Class of Membership to which the Applicant wishes to join.
2. Date from which he wants to become a Member.
3. A declaration that he willing to abide by all the Rules of the Club.
4. Every Application for Membership for the first time shall be accompanied by an Admission Fee of Rs. 1,00,000/- (One Lakh) and an Annual Subscription of Rs.3600/-

Every Application of Membership must be approved by the Managing Committee. The Managing Committee has the right to reject any Application without assigning any reason. In case any Application is rejected, the money paid with the Application shall be refunded.

Any person whose Application has been rejected by the Managing Committee may renew his Application for Admission after a period of 6 months from the date of rejection.

Affiliated Club Members

Affiliated Members are the visiting Members of other clubs that have Reciprocal Affiliation arrangements with our club and their rights and liabilities shall be determined in accordance with the respective Affiliation Agreements.
